New Delhi: India and the United States have moved a step closer to finalising an interim bilateral trade agreement after recent rounds of negotiations between senior officials from both countries. The discussions focused on expanding market access, reducing trade barriers and strengthening economic cooperation ahead of the proposed agreement.
According to officials, the proposed trade deal aims to boost bilateral commerce by addressing tariff-related issues, improving market access for businesses and enhancing cooperation in key sectors, including manufacturing, agriculture and technology.
